We care for your diverse community. Although we are unable to dispose of biohazardous waste with our Gold and Platinum Package upon request, individuals who are in need of a sharps container will receive a free container.
SunDown Guarantee
Sundown Guarantees to collect all resident's trash and recyclables (guideline dependent). If trash or recycling is somehow missed by the fault of our staff, a refund for that resident's monthly payment will be issued at no expense to the property
